Check-out Instructions:

• Leave bed linens on beds

• Place used towels in laundry area

• Set thermostat to 75°F (24°C)

• Close and lock all doors

• Send a message confirming check-out

Exterior security cameras: One Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance and one security camera overlooking the rear exterior area.

Security deposit: $500 USD — refundable within 2 days of

check-out upon property inspection.

Parking: Free on-site. No parking on grass or blocking

sidewalks. No commercial vehicles. HOA rules strictly

enforced — towing at guest's expense.

Packages: USPS may return. Use Amazon/UPS/FedEx/DHL. Host

not responsible for undelivered packages.



Interaction with Guests:

Self check-in via keypad smart lock. Your personalized door

code will be sent 24 hours before arrival — no office visit

needed.

We're available via platform messaging before, during, and

after your stay.

Office hours: Daily 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST.

If anything needs attention, please message us as soon as
