Family Vacation

This unit served its purpose and the location was convenient. It's important to note that you're not guaranteed a parking spot. As with most things in life, there's room for improvement. The Brett Robinson team ultimately rectified any issues we had and because of that, we'll rent through them in the future.

My experience with Brett Robinson‘s company was fantastic so I would highly recommend going through them. However this condo was lacking. It felt dirty and it also was not equipped properly. No extra blankets or pillows, the kitchen utensils were cheap, I completely understand wanting to make the most ROI on an investment property, but I feel like sometimes taking it up a notch will also get you returned customers and happy clients.

Perfect location

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Condo on the beach which made it great for the kids! They also loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Condo is walking distance from Walmart, souvenir shop, Pizza, ice cream, restaurants! The only negative thing I can say about the property is the parking. If you leave after 5pm, you may not have a place when you get back! Overflow paid packing at hotel across the street. The security was as helpful as he could be. There were extra spots available in the owners parking lot that I feel like could have been given to us at 10pm. Especially since we were checking out the next day. Still, overall it was great!

No parking

The condo was fine but there was limited parking. We were issued a parking pass but the first night we were there all the spaces were taken. The security guard told us to park across the street. We did and our car was towed. It took $260 to get it back plus an Uber. HOA has not called back. Not happy.

Best Condo I have booked on a beachfront

This was the best condo I have booked on any beachfront. Parking was overfilled when we arrived (6 am arrival) but we were able to have that situated. This was a 3 bedroom and it was very spacious and clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again.

Perfect birthday getaway

We had a wonderful time in our unit. It was very clean and well equipped. We were a party of 4 (2 couples) and had plenty of room. The check in at the office in Gulf Shores was not very convenient when there is an office 2 min from the unit and a keypad for the lock. The building is older and we had broken elevators more than working elevators, but this is a property issue, not VRBO issue.

Great beach location

Great amount of space for large family. Enjoyed being right on the beach and located close to grocery store/Walmart. Dealt with 1 of 2 elevators down most of the time during our stay. Hardly any storage to put groceries in the kitchen.

It was good, but a few things could have been better..

The overall experience was good. The following, could have been better.Parking was a problem in the condo parking lot. Often full. Had to park across the four lane highway from the condos at least a third of the time. The washing machine was broken for about 24 hours before being fixed. There were problems with the toilets flushing.

Condo was perfect for us! We loved the close proximity to beach, shopping, and the many other things to do in Orange Beach! Parking, at times was inconvenient, but understandabley par for the course.

Overall good

Property is (i am guessing) from the 80's and maybe 10 stories. Two elevators and one was being service the entire week. The other was really fast though. The condo was spacious, and well furnished and nicely adorned. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms were large. Kitchen well equipped. Beds/linens/pillows/towels, etc. comfortable. Balcony spacious and has plenty of seating. Rental company, Brett Robinson was always open (yes, phone answered 24/7, even the rental office live and in person all the time) and professional and efficient. The only thing is that the rental office is about 20 minutes from the property and you MUST go there first to check in and you MUST go there after you check out. It is located directly on the beach/ocean. Has outdoor and indoor pool. Indoor was WAY too heavily chlorinated. Code-locked gate and walkway to the beach, plus rinse station for returning from the beach. The property is across from Publix grocery store and a Walmart. Minimal dining close. Very limited food delivery. Most dining is about 20 minutes away. Plenty of "beachy" shopping close by. You don't have to go very far at all to get most of what you need. Beach Service available separately ($50 for two chairs and umbrella. for two days.) People were mostly friendly and kept to themselves. No loud parties or significant substance use. A few beers here and there around the property and the beach. Plenty of dishes for eating and cooking. No trash bags. No dish soap. No laundry products, no extra paper products (paper towels or TP.) Functionality was good overall. There was a leak at the kitchen sink, the clothing dryer struggled and one door did not open easily at all. Lights, fans, TVs, AC all worked very well. Security guard ever-present and vigilant. Our stay was for a family with teenaged kids. Everybody enjoyed themselves and the property fit us well. Beach access was easy and being in close proximity to shopping made everything else easy. Price was appropriate for what we received. We would gladly return.

Feels like home on the beach!

We had another wonderful time at the Enclave. It's so convenient to everything and right on the beach! The indoor pool was a lifesaver when the weather got iffy. Condos are clean and roomy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Lovely Condo, Awesome Location!

We so enjoyed our stay at the Enclave! The unit is very tastefully decorated with soothing beach colors. It is very spacious with nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. The view from the balcony is fabulous and the walk to the beach is minimal, which is always a huge plus when you are trying to take ice chests, radios, etc.! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Need groceries? Right across the street! Run out of alcohol? Right across the street! Need general household supplies? Right across the street! We usually go to Orange Beach twice a year. We had been staying at another condo very close by, but the conditions had started to deteriorate. We have now found our "go to" unit! We highly recommend this unit! Many thanks to the owners for sharing their charming unit and to the hospitable staff at Brett Robinson who made checking in and out a breeze!
