Caribe 1208C est une unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec un balcon privé donnant sur le col de Perdido. Cette unité est située au 12e étage de la Tour C. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche séparée en carrelage, TV écran plat et lecteur DVD. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit King, TV écran plat et lecteur DVD, avec accÚs à la salle de bain, y compris une baignoire jacuzzi et une douche combo. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir plus. Cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Caribe Resort est situĂ© juste Ă  l'est du col Perdido Ă  Orange Beach. Les Ă©quipements de l'Ă©tablissement comprennent 3 piscines extĂ©rieures, 3 piscines intĂ©rieures, une riviĂšre paresseuse, 2 toboggans aquatiques, toboggan aquatique pour enfants, 3 bains Ă  remous intĂ©rieurs, ses saunas, des quais de pĂȘche, un espace barbecue extĂ©rieur, une navette pour la plage, un terrain de pĂ©tanque, 3 des courts de tennis Ă©clairĂ©s, un putting green et un centre de fitness. Had to make 2 trips to Liquid Life for key and they still didn't work. Had to make 3rd trip to another condo to get rekeyed. And in addition to what was shown as the total charges, another $100+ was charged by VRBO

Phoenix VI

I stayed at Phoenix VI while the rest of my family were at Turquoise Place. To say there is no comparison between the two properties is putting it mildly. The Phoenix VI is grossly outdated and in terrible need of some updating. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but so dated that I was embarrassed to have my family join me there. The only great feature were the beach views from the balcony and of course fact that the property was on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the outdoor pools (super cold) and the twisty slides! The beds were super comfortable, and the parking was great!! There is an assigned spot in the parking ramp near the elevators! We really lucked out with this location. I just wish there would have been more seating options on the balcony. We chose not to sit on the only chaise lounge for fear it would break!

Michigan to Orange Beach

Enjoyed our 3 week stay. Just the wife and I. Very spacious . condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf and Perdido Bay. A few minor maintenance issues with the bathrooms. Unable to use the tubs. Also, the shower and tubs were not cleaned prior to our arrival to we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them both. Management and staff for the property were very cordial and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Over all property and condo was nice.

Disappointed that the pictures showed a table on the balcony. Table had a broke leg. Could not use and have dinner on the balcony. Ceiling fan in family room only worked in winter mode and the main light had to be on when fan was on.

Love Caribe!

Overall.....really great! Loved the view from 12th floor! Everything was clean. But, noticed a couple of electrical outlets in kitchen and bar area not working and 1 in MBR. Also, appears some former water damage on ceiling in LR. And, bottom of bar area has some missing wood trim pieces. (I wanted owner to be aware if they aren’t already). But, I would definitely come back! Great trip! Thanks!

Worst stay ever!

They threatened to boot our vehicles everyday of our stay even though we had paid for passes! Very harassing by security with incorrect communication. Worst trip ever! Condo floors were filthy! Hot water didn’t work in the master bath, wine frig didn’t work, old rusty cheap metal chairs on balcony and master bed squeaked horribly!

Overall it was a great stay. The condo was very nice. Thank goodness they have amazing pools because the walk to the beach is too much when you are carrying all of your stuff. My kids loved the Lazy River as did I. We will be staying here again!!

Caribe Resort is Location Centric

The Caribe Resort was an excellent property. The unit was clean and big enough that we didn’t feel like we were stepping on top of each other. My only concern was the parking. Each unit is only allowed two vehicles: one in a numbered spot and the other in an unnumbered spot wherever this is a spot to be found. This resulted in walking a longer distance with bags of groceries or beach stuff. Also, the numbered spots are not in any sort of order. It actually took us a full day to finally locate our spot (we were told it was in two different places by staff members- both were wrong). There were plenty of pools so you never felt crowded, and although you had to drive or shuttle to the beach, it wasn’t very far. The resort is located in the middle of Orange Beach so you’re a short ride from the restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery, Florida, and just about 15-20 minutes from Gulf Shores and Foley (outlet shopping and more restaurants). Overall, a great spot for a nice beach vacation. Just limit the number of cars.

I love this property. I do not have one complaint, only good things to say. First I love the location. Even though this property is not right on the beach it is a very short drive or a nice walk to it. The great thing about this location is that it sits between the bay and the ocean, so you have the best of both worlds. The beach access that is right across from the property is not as busy as some of the other beach access, so that was very nice. As for the actual property, it was very clean, easy access to everything and the property has everything you could imagine. I will be staying at this property again.
