'Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!'

'Very clean and staff was friendly and responsive. Surrounding area was walking distance to Union station and surrounding area appeared safe enough to walk. The unit included all the amenities you could need during your stay. Only thing to note is that you could sometimes hear the street car passing through if you’re a light sleeper. '

Also the couch in the room was a tiny chair. And the walls didn't have much sound insulation better the rooms. '

'Pros: great location, right next to lift access. A shared Hot tub was on site. Somewhat updated unit, had coffee maker and all kitchen needs. Host responded quickly and had good communication. Fairly priced. Cons: extremely uncomfortable mattress which was also very squeaky. The unit is run down and needs some up keeping. You can hear every single foot step from the units above, parking seemed impossible. Also the condo was placed on the side of the mountain that closes at 4, we didn’t know...
