3) GRANITE CHIEF BEDROOM has 2 luxury queen beds with shared bathroom and 55 inch TV.
4) PAPOOSE BEDROOM has a twin over full hickory log bunk bed with an additional twin bed.
5) SQUAW BEDROOM has a queen and twin bed with private bathroom and 45inch TV with it's own private entrance.Located downstairs it is separated from the house with it's own private entrance door just next to the main house door in the garage.

COUNTY RULES
Each county requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to our home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below, also included in your signed in the Vacation Rental Agreement.
Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations. Per the ordinance: No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.
ABOUT THE AREA
Palisades Tahoe Resort ( former Squaw Valley Resort) is the largest ski area in North Lake Tahoe, and was the host site of the 1960 Winter Olympics. With 3600 skiable acres, 29 chairlifts, and the only funitel in the US, skiing Squaw has earned a place on many a skier's bucket list. Now under joint ownership with Alpine Meadows, Olympic Valley is in year five of a five-year, $70 million renaissance, which has brought new chairlifts, an iconic yoga and the Base to Base Gondola linking both Palisades and Alpine Meadows.
Beyond the slopes, visitors can enjoy ice skating, snow tubing, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. The Village offers a wide array of dining and apres options, as well as a full service spa, yoga studio, and many retail offerings.
A true four seasons resort, summer in Olympic Valley is not to be missed. Hike or ride the tram to High Camp Pool and & Hot Tub, where you can swim or enjoy a cocktail at the poolside bar. Play a round of miniature golf, conquer the 25' outdoor climbing wall, or try your hand at the ropes course. When you're ready for a day at the lake, sandy beaches await, only fifteen minutes from your door.

This year-round service will be available at no cost to anyone in-valley who summons the vehicle with the Mountaineer app. Services are available as follows: Everyday, 7am-9pm

The Mountaineer app will always have the most updated information related to hours of operation throughout the season and during off-peak seasons. Please note: shuttles are specific to each valley. If you'd like to go between Olympic Valley and Alpine Meadows, you can take the newly completed Base to Base Gondola linking both resorts.
