'Overall enjoyable stay. There was some unfinished construction/remodeling in some of the hallways which was a bit off-putting. Pool area had a sign up that the hot tub was out of order, but it seemed to be functioning when I tried it. When I first entered my room, there was an odd dust-like substance on part of the comforter and on the floor next to the HVAC unit. I wiped it with a towel. The room was otherwise clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very ideal for me....

'Pool room was not picked up. Towels & garbage everywhere! Breakfast attendants lacked customer service. Spoke Spanish & seemed to be complaining about the guests! (I know some Spanish). Pillows on our king bed were worn out & lumpy! Our comforters on all three beds smelled dirty! Room was dusty! Lack of parking! We’re entrance floor…slipped & fell. Front desk clerk saw & just out up a “wet floor” sign. Lobby had soda cans & other garbage in seating & tables.'

'All aspects of my stay were great! Easy checkin, friendly staff, clean room, great pool/hot tub/workout facilities, and a full breakfast. The room offered nice bedding and I really appreciated having both an outlet and shelf next to the large mirror. Will absolutely stay here again. '

'Room was clean. Nice pool with attached hot tub. Beds were nice. Our room was a stand up shower, no tub, which was fine for us. If you are a light sleeper, be aware the walls were pretty thin if there are other disrespectful guests. While the stay was good (staff was all amazing) there were other guests with kids running up and down the hall way until about midnight and they started again before 7am slamming doors and such.'
