'Hotel is in a quiet location. Parking was a challenge as we had to park on the street in front on the hotel due to hotel lot was full. Several cars were taking up 2 spots and there was a large Enterprise box truck taking up 5 spots. Breakfast was great with lots of options! Bed was comfortable. A/C unit in room was extremely noisy and while it kept room cool, it most likely needs service for the loud rattling noise coming from it.'

He said that he put a ticket in to get it repaired last week he said that it must have not got fixed correctly or the maintenance man hadden got to it yet. 'PERFECT stay at this new property. Was in Madison for a night to see a show at the Overture Center. This mid-range hotel was put together doing everything right. Free parking. Got checked in early with no problem. Room was great - quiet all evening and night, black-out shades, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, coffee (but no tea) in the room, min-frig, microwave. 'Breakfast and lobby and bar were great and clean. Front desk staff not friendly or personable. Room only had 1 remote for 2 TVs air vents were very dirty. Thermostat was hanging by a thread on the wall. AC was super loud and had a mind of its own. For the price per night defently cluld put more updates into the room.'

'It appears that their reservation software was not working. Took FOREVER to check in only to be given a room key to an occupied room. Clerk then had to go to the new room to confirm it was available before I could get a new room. Cleaning staff pounded on my door fairly early in the morning apparently not knowing that I was checking out later that morning.'
