'Amazing staff and amazing breakfast'

'Everything was clean and the staff was always available and eager to help. The breakfast set up was nice. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, bagels and a slicer and toaster, yogurts, muffins, coffee, milk and juices. I’m sure I’m missing some things. Oh and the most important thing to me is the fact that the bed was comfortable. My quality of sleep, according to my watch, was the highest it’s been.'

'I had one of the worst travel experiences of my life at Hotel Lorenzo. I prepaid over $500 for a 3-night stay because I was traveling to Texas for an important skincare conference. After losing my wallet during my trip, I no longer had my physical credit card with me, but my room was already fully paid for in advance. When I arrived around 10 PM, the staff refused to let me check in because they required a physical credit card for incidentals. I explained multiple times that I had nowhere else...

'Breakfast was great other than the biscuit was a little hard and the fruit was not as fresh. But over all it was great choices. The hot tub was a bit warmer than I was use to but that wasn't a bad thing lol. Definitely used it a few times. Kids loved the pool as well. Overall so impressed with this hotel. We will be coming back and booking this exact hotel. Only thing I found odd it they wouldn't let me and my friend have rooms right next to each other even though the rooms in between appeared...

'Clean enough, but the facility is starting to show its age despite so e recent upgrades. Breakfast was weaker than the average of other Hilton properties. Elevator clunked and banged then quit on Saturday afternoon. All the "art" had been removed from my room leaving rather sharp edged fasteners exposed at hip level. Nicely within walking distance of a market.'

'Hotel is in a quiet location. Parking was a challenge as we had to park on the street in front on the hotel due to hotel lot was full. Several cars were taking up 2 spots and there was a large Enterprise box truck taking up 5 spots. Breakfast was great with lots of options! Bed was comfortable. A/C unit in room was extremely noisy and while it kept room cool, it most likely needs service for the loud rattling noise coming from it.'

'PERFECT stay at this new property. Was in Madison for a night to see a show at the Overture Center. This mid-range hotel was put together doing everything right. Free parking. Got checked in early with no problem. Room was great - quiet all evening and night, black-out shades, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, coffee (but no tea) in the room, min-frig, microwave. The shower had good water pressure. Bathroom mirror was WONDERFUL for makeup. HUGE TV. Free Wi-Fi. The bar in the lobby in the...
