'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'It was a wonderful week. From the clean room, friendly staff, great facilities, fun entertainment shows to the long beautiful beach where we spent most of the day soaking up that beautiful sunshine. The beach was clean and great to walk out to the water for ocean swims. The aqua show and the 80's rocknroll show had great dancers! It was fun to watch. We enjoyed late evenings chilling in your expansive lobby with friends.'

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
