'We stayed for 3 nights and I can honestly say it was the cleanest place I ever stayed in Old Orchard Beach. The neighborhood was really quiet, so it was awesome for our little ones to go to sleep early. They had everything you could ever need for a trip, and more. Only one thing I can think of to consider if you’re thinking of staying- The 3rd bedroom that advertised 2 twin beds was a really small room with one twin bed on a bed frame and the other was a twin mattress up against the wall. There was a cot frame for that mattress and the mattress was comfortable but if it was also down and set up no one could really get out of the beds without stepping on the other mattress. 'Our stay at this beautiful home was everything we could have imagined . One minute path to the beach , 10 walk to the pier board walk . Each room was very nicely decorated comfy very spacious ,felt like I was home. Parking was very accommodating , the scenery on top deck was amazing . "We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!"
