« I put insurance on a room. Double Room king bed with hot tub. They gave up my room and ended up in a handicapped room with no tub. Construction everywhere. This was supposed to be romantic for my husband and I. It was completely ruined. Bed was hard. Stain carpets. They wanted to charge for anything extra. Normally it's free. »
