Storm season runs April through June. Insurance displacement families welcome — we work with ALE coverage. Construction crew housing available — Thunder arena, MAPS 4, Boardwalk at Bricktown projects underway through 2028. Large group gatherings welcome.

The Space

This updated brick home sits on a quiet residential street with a large, fenced backyard. Inside, the open-concept main level connects a living area, dining room, den, and kitchen through one flowing footprint — no tight hallways or awkward transitions.

Living & Dining Area
The main living space centers on a painted brick fireplace with leather club chairs and a wood bookshelf. Hardwood floors run throughout. The dining table seats 8 under a modern globe chandelier, with plenty of natural light. Off the dining room, a separate den with a sofa, loveseat, and sliding glass door opens to the backyard patio — a great second living space for larger groups.

Kitchen
Galley-style layout with granite counters, two-tone cabinetry, stone tile backsplash, gas stove, and full-size fridge. A live-edge wood breakfast bar with three stools connects the kitchen to the main living area. Coffee maker and basic cookware included.

Game Room
Full-size pool table, wall-mounted TV, small dining table for 4, and its own mini-split so the temperature stays comfortable no matter how long the game runs.

Bedrooms (8 bedrooms, sleeps up to 16)
Five queens, one king, and one full — every room has a ceiling fan and good natural light. Floors are a mix of hardwood and tile depending on the room. Bed 1 has an armchair and plantation shutters; Bed 7 is the king if you want the most space.

Bathrooms (3 full + 1 half)
One walk-in tile shower, two tub/shower combos, and a half bath off the main living area. All have granite-top vanities and updated fixtures.

Laundry
Full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated room with cabinet storage overhead.

Reading Nook
Two velvet accent chairs and a pendant light sit against a dark painted brick wall — a small reading nook.

Car, Uber and Lyft are the easiest forms on transportation. You can park under the car port (1 dedicated spot) or on the street.

Location: Single-family home with full private access.
Parking: Driveway fits 4 vehicles, plus street parking available.
Backyard: Private backyard included.
Layout: Two stories plus a subfloor, with stairs throughout.
Quiet Hours: No parties. Please keep noise down after 11 PM and be respectful of neighbors.
Climate Control: Central HVAC — set to 68°F in summer and 72°F in winter.
Laundry: Washer and dryer in the home.
Hot Water: Tank water heater — we recommend spacing out showers to allow time for reheating.
