Pet stays over 5 nights require written approval & higher deposit. Unapproved pets/service animals will result in cancellation without refund.

Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
Parking: Please use the designated parking spot at the rear of the house, marked with a letter on the concrete. If you have multiple vehicles, please park on the street (3 blocks away, as you cannot park on the street). Do not park in any other spots.
Backyard: The backyard is available but not fully fenced or well-maintained.
Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.
Laundry: The washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have two other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
