You will have private access to the entire studio (Unit B) via a self-check-in lockbox. The code will be provided in your check-in instructions before arrival.
To ensure the privacy and comfort of all residents, please do not access the other unit, storage rooms, basement, or garage.

- Duplex Unit: This is Unit B, located on the right side of a two-unit property. Please be mindful of the neighbors in the adjoining unit.
- Shared Laundry: The washer and dryer are shared. Access is complimentary for stays of 7 nights or more; a small fee applies for shorter stays.
- Climate Control: The central HVAC is controlled by the host. Please send us a message if you need any temperature adjustments, and we'll be happy to assist.
- Outdoor Space: There is no access to a backyard or private outdoor area.
- Property Character: This is an older property with modest finishes, and it is priced accordingly to offer great value.
- Potential for Noise: As this is a duplex, you may occasionally hear noise from the neighboring unit or nearby dogs.
