'I have stayed at several Jungle House properties, and I will continue to give them my business. They really do a great job checking in and making sure you have everything you need. Great locations with a clean, comfortable stay!'

'We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning. We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus.'

'First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

'It was great and in a perfect location downtown'

'Very clean and nice room, quiet and close to where I needed to be. Great room for the price. If I find myself in Columbus again I will definitely try to stay here again'

'The property is great and very well located in Columbus. Near a park and areas for dogs and extremely convenient for the Shore Notth neighborhood. We definitely will come back Thank you !!'

'The lower bed was great to sit on and sleep on---very comfortable!! Although I did not have the opportunity to be acquainted with the roommates, nonetheless, they were both courteous and respectful. The room was slightly chilly---certainly Autumnal---the room was very comfortable and clean, and the room was not stuffy at all. A very restful experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a Bagel and Weetabix frosted cereal and lovely cold Peach Punch. It really filled the spot!! I enjoyed...

'It is basic but clean and functional. I recommend using the free breakfast in the morning; there is a non-meat option, and it gets you on the way. Mayor grocery nearby but very well hidden; you will have to use you navigator. Located between rather busy Olentangy River Rd, I315, and Columbus' mayor attraction: the railway. The locomotives' hooting can be heard all over Columbus but it has its charms and after 10 years or so you get used to it. It was not a problem for me.'

'Staff greater as we entered.'

'Disappointed in the quality of this place being it was a branded Holiday Inn. Ice machines broken, elevator not working properly. Seemed like a by the day motel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The negatives are all associated with the building and all that encompasses.'

'Property was not clean upon arrival. We got there later in the evening after a busy day. A management company tried to get a cleaning crew in there, but because of the hour were unable to and attempted to relocate us for the one night and then put us back in that location for the next night. That was not possible as we were exhausted and already settled in. Took it upon myself to wash the sheets and towels that were soiled from previous guest. Luckily, there is a washer and dryer in the...
