'The stay here was such a treat. The details that made it feel luxurious were very well appointed. In an area that has had a boom of modern hotels and restaurants The Danforth reminds me of the class and history Portsmouth is built on. Have already recommended the Danforth to friends. '

'Perfect location to walk everywhere! The location is so pretty, clean and very well taken care of. The room was very comfortable with a sitting area, balcony and kitchenette. The morning breakfast was wonderful, a great selection of fruit, breads and eggs to order....❤️❤️❤️. Pre arrival there was an email sent to me as to where to park and enter property, this was such a seamless arrival. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Grasshopper Inn!'

'Great location near shops restaurants and the Marginal Way. Lovely room ,very comfortable bed, nice linens and large bathroom. They accommodated early check in so we enjoyed the entire day. Since it is a luxury inn they should have someone to help guests carry luggage upstairs. Great coffee but breakfast was just OK Will return.'

'My wife had a wonderful stay at the Inn. It was our second visit, though the ownership has changed since we were last here (two years ago). The staff were attentive, warm, and professional throughout. The room was nicely appointed -- with a functional kitchen, walk-in shower, and deep, modern soaking tub. Location is terrific, close to the Marginal Way, restaurants, and downtown Ogunquit (okay, maybe a 15-20 minute walk). Just a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Ogunquit!'
