'The facility is a disaster
1. The pool is loaded with algae Absolutely disgusting
2. Staff refused to give a refund and they are rude.
3. Elevator wasn’t working and the employees were not able to understand that having people walk up 3 flights and not helping isn’t reasonable.
Please stay far away from this place.'

'When I arrived the first room they put me in, most of the light bulbs were burnt out it was dark and the bath tub had been painted and it all peeled off. when I went to the front desk with a picture and complained. The front desk person was very nice and moved me to another room. it's an older property and it feels it. The beds were not that comfortable, especially for the price I paid.'

Bed bug dirt on mattress. No towels, only hand towels. TV was literally off the wall sitting face down on a broken table. TV also did not work when sitting up.
When speaking to staff they refused to tell me who the owner is. The guy was incredibly rude and dismissive about the issues. Honestly the worst place I and my travel partner have ever booked.
We went to another...
