Hotelresorts in Ocho Rios

'Dining options are good! Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors. "balcony is too small. No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees) '

'Overall, this resort is absolutely gorgeous and offers a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway! The beautiful beach right on the property was definitely a highlight, the food was delicious, and the staff and everyone we encountered were welcoming and pleasant. There was so much to appreciate about our stay, and the positives certainly outweighed the few disappointments. One thing that could have made the experience even better was having access to all the advertised amenities....

'The front desk staff was not at all helpful or great for a 5star resort. We booked this resort for the Indian restaurent and the front desk was not even aware if the restaurant was open - it was closed all 3 days that we stayed there, Everything was bad except the chefs at the open restaurents trying thier best. The zen was anything but zen very very noisy and mediocre food for a 5 star and reservation only seating. The beach right outside the hotel smelled like sewer and garbage , the pool...

'It was a great stay. Great staff and great service.'

'Kyash was Jamazing! Lenox and Denton our Butler's were wonderful. Marcus and Matthew at the swim up bar rocked. Room was great! Elevators went down on and off, fire alarms in the evening at dinner were annoying, and lazy river and some slides not working. Steakhouse service was not the best but Zen was great! Beach was very clean and wonderful.'
