This gorgeous two bedroom, two and a half bathroom Villa is located in the beautiful Water Mill Villas gated-community at the foot of the North South Highway just outside of Ocho Rios and directly next door to Old Fort Bay.

Your ideal vacation rental has a spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the first level with direct access to your private patio and community swimming pool.

The upper level consists of two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The bright and spacious Masterbedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom, has two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms are outfitted with AC units, ceiling fans and TV sets for your comfort.

Enjoy the beautifully manicured landscape or light up the outdoor BBQ grill by the swimming pool for a lime with family and friends. A five minute walk from your Villa will take you to the private Old Fort Bay beach.

Many major car rental companies are located on the island. You may pick up a rental car at the airports or in any of the larger towns including Kingston, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. An Avis Rental Car location is in the Town of Ocho Rios. Bear in mind that in Jamaica vehicles are operated on the left side of the road.

Lightweight tropical clothing is best year-round. Swimwear is allowed on the beach or at the poolside but not on the streets or in public areas.
