'Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. 'Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

'This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again.'

'My husband and I stayed at this stylish and comfortable space for a couple of nights while visiting our niece. We were warmly invited by Shawn and introduced to the property. Throughout our stay he was kind and thoughtful as he showed us all of the amenities available. He invited us to walk through the avocado grove and enjoy any fruit that was ready to pick. 'Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields.'

'This home was set up perfectly for our family. The backyard was great, with lots of covered seating and fire pit, plus yard games for the kids. The weather wasn’t super cooperative when we were there, so the outside heaters were so nice to have! We had fun and would love to come ba k! '

'This property was absolutely fantastic. We actually wanted a base to go to Disney but we wanted to stay on the coast. This was a further drive but really worth it! The pool, the games, and all the facilities were the best we’ve ever seen in any rental property.
