The king bedroom and bunk room with two full-size beds suit a family or two couples. Take your coffee out to the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. Beach access is about a two-minute walk down the block via rock steps between the houses. Cassidy Street Beach is also nearby to the north.

Shared surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and towels are available for guest use, subject to availability. Please return borrowed gear for other guests.

Guest Access:

The home and balcony are yours to use privately, with a private entrance and smart-lock self check-in. Your code is sent before arrival. The backyard, grill, propane fire pit, putting green, outdoor shower, beach gear and garage laundry are shared with the three other units on the property. On-site parking is shared. Two short flights of exterior stairs lead to the front door.

Traveling with a big group?

This property has three 2BR/1BA homes plus a private studio. Message us about booking more than one for a multi-family trip or group stay, subject to availability. No parties or events.



Exterior Ring cameras monitor the front-door and garage areas; exterior cameras also monitor shared outdoor areas near the alley. No cameras inside the home.



No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.



This booking includes only the two homes at 1842 and 1844 South Pacific Street. The neighboring 1846 unit and exclusive use of shared outdoor areas are not included.



Pets are not allowed. Stairs are required to access the homes.
