Beautiful End Unit Single Level Condo North Coast Village - Walk to the beach!!

  • Enjoy ocean views from the deck of the NCV Unit #B200, a 2 bedroom/2 bath single level end unit. Sleeps 6, King Bed, Double Bed, Twin Bed and Queen Pullout Sectional There is a Pack n Play Portable Crib with Mattress and Highchair. The Unit is equipped with K-cup coffee, Internet TVs, games, beach chairs, towels, and sand toys.

    The property is a tropical paradise with streams, gardens, koi ponds and waterfalls. Large outdoor heated pool and hot tub available year round. includes one indoor reserved parking spot and extra parking available outside
    In a near-by city lot for a charge.

    The community center offers amenities galore including pool tables, ping pong, Foosball, and TV/game rooms. Free access to gorgeous fitness center and we have a coin-op laundry on site. North Coast Village is located between Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier.

    A one minute walk to the beach, short walk to the pier, bike and surf rentals, and craft restaurants and breweries. Enjoy amazing sunsets on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo, The Safari Park, Lego Land, Birch Aquarium, Gas Lamp, and Seaport Village all close by. A great family vacation for everyone!

It was a great experience to stay in unit B200.Our host made sure we are satisfied with our stay by always communicating and helping out.Check it and out was easy.Rooms were clean and stocked with everything needed.Sadly,unit was little too loud due to its location by rail road and crossing 2 major roads,but it wasnt too hot comparing to other units in this building due to perfect air from ocean.We had such a great time here thanks to our host Patty and "on the sand" team.Thank you Elen and Stephanie for a icecream gift card and their great fast communication with us.Highly recommend this place,driving from Canada and spending time here was a great experience and we cant wait toto come back!

Wonderful Condo with space and beautiful beach vibe decor. North Coast Village is a great location for access to the beach and harbor, and ownership sets you up to have a great vacation! This condo is great for families.

Great location

Perfect stay for the ironman. Easy walking distance to the beach and ironman village. Definitely would recommend and plan to stay again.

We hand a wonderful time at our stay here. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. The kids loved the easy access to the pool. The walk to the beach is short and we enjoyed the playing in the water with the provided boogie boards.The balcony has a view of the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. We all wished we could stay longer!

The condo was amazing. It had more than we needed as a family of 6 (stocked kitchen, beach accessories, tons of storage). Everything was super clean, and it looker better than the pictures. New floors and baseboards have been installed since the listing photos were taken. The grounds are gorgeous and feel like you are at a resort. The only minor downside is that the corner unit is above an intersection and near the train. It didn't stop any of us from getting a good night's sleep, but can be noisy in the evening since we wanted to keep the windows open to get some fresh air. I don't think there's A/C in the unit, but there were plenty of ceiling fans, and we were comfortable the whole time (late June). I think the unit is priced very well.

Lots of room for our family

It was nice staying at North Coast Village in Oceanside. This condo had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. Beds were comfortable and the décor was inviting. We will most likely stay here again.

My husband, my mom, my 10 year old twins, my baby and I just got done staying here and it was wonderful! Very clean. Easy access to the beach, harbor, pier, etc. The kids all had a blast! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean property with views of the ocean from the balcony. The condo came with everything you need for a fun beach trip! The resort grounds are just gorgeous, it has all the amenities, and you can’t beat the location. The host is thoughtful enough to provide plenty of disposable earplugs for the bit of street noise if you sleep with windows open.

Beautiful beach condo

We had a wonderful stay at Patsy's condo! Very clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need for the beach. Patsy is a very responsive host.
