THE VIEW
B205 faces west directly towards the beach and has a wonderful ocean view. You can enjoy the gorgeous views and sound of the waves from both the balcony and bedroom! Sit back and enjoy the breathtaking view from the bar or the small bistro set on the balcony. It's a great spot to drink your morning coffee and enjoy breakfast while being warmed by the sun's rays. Stay tuned for amazing sunsets in the evening at well. Great Ocean and white-water view also from Kitchen and Living Area.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a large table that can seat up to six for those who will be entertaining and having additional guests over for meals.

LIVING AREAS
B205 is furnished with a large sofa sleeper sectional and two accent chairs that your party can relax in after an enjoyable day at the beach. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the flat-screen Smart TV where you can sign in to your favorite streaming services and keep up with your favorite shows and cable with 250+ channels. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

SLEEPING
B205 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a brand new (April 2023) comfortable King size bed and additional sleeping arrangements can be made up in the living room with the brand new (April 2023) queen-sized sofa sleeper.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
