The views on the rooftop were amazing which we enjoyed watching the sunset over dinner. Love the kitchen & all the big windows! It was just so nice & bright! 'This condo is impeccably clean and has amazing views. The check in and parking was easy, as well as the access to the beach and the pool. The roof top balcony as well as the balcony off the living room both have amazing views of the ocean and comfortable furniture to sit out and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. The complex was also quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this condo to anyone and can't wait to come back.'

'My fourth time staying at NCV. A different place every time and this condo was beautiful. Loved the upstairs balcony, great arrangement of furniture there. Beds were very comfortable. Had an issue with the supplied beach umbrella and it was replaced immediately. Used the gym every morning. Little warm in there but had all the right machines'

'This is a very nice house. Everything you could wish for is there. We loved to have breakfast on the patio in the garden in the morning. It is right next to the beach, the cozy harbor and the center of Oceanside with nice restaurants. Brad is always available and quick to help when needed. We have been here for a month and had a very good time. Worth repeating!'

'We traveled to oceanside with a big group. Every family booked their own condo. Ours was by far the nicest and had the most amenities (shampoo, beach chairs, tin foil, etc) everything we needed. We would love to stay again!'

'It was everything we wanted for our families needs (4 adult's - 2 children). Each bedroom with private bathrooms. Plus a nice couch with a sleeper bed in the living room. Beautiful ocean views.'

'We had a very nice stay and the host was very communicative and friendly. Neighbors very friendly as well. Beach is a block away and a nice local market/store half a block away. There is a transit train station very close that i wish we knew about earlier. It can get you to san diego and about 7 points in between. Its called " the coaster". Excellent dining nearby. Keep in mind that being near the beach includes some traffic and people noise. Didn't bother us but dont expect it to be quiet...

'I e stayed in B building numerous times and was impressed with A building, but mostly the unit itself was the best I've stayed in. Host was pro active in communication. Unit was up to date, clean, cimfy, well stocked. Did appreciate "Alexa" .'

'We love staying at these condos. This unit was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the layout. We were not prepared for the outside renovations that were going on for this unit. There was scaffolding up to replace exterior which obstructed the beautiful view and left the lanai wet and messy in the afternoon. We would go back but would have liked to know that this unit was being worked on.'

'The property is in a perfect location and is super cute. There were lots of upgrades. The only downside were the showers. They seem to have seen better days and really need either some re-caulking or to be redone. The wouldn't deter me from staying again, but upgraded showers would make the place perfect! The views from the balcony were amazing.'

'This was a great condo for our family of six. Upstairs upstairs master suite for mom and dad with a private deck looking out onto the ocean and downstairs bedroom that slept all four kids. Nice open floor pan. Great property with swimming pools, hot tubs, workout room, and sauna.'

'We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. '
