À deux pas de l'ocĂ©an ... Joliment dĂ©corĂ© et amĂ©nagĂ©. La maison dispose de deux cheminĂ©es. Belle plage. Les animaux ne sont PAS autorisĂ©s, non-fumeurs.

Veuillez ne pas tenir compte de l'avis nĂ©gatif rĂ©digĂ© en 2014. Contrairement Ă  l'examen, toutes les fenĂȘtres ont des revĂȘtements. Nous avons Ă©galement des assiettes, des tasses, des ustensiles de cuisine, des casseroles et des poĂȘles, des couverts de qualitĂ© (pas en plastique) et le WiFi. Aussi, soyez assurĂ© que la maison est nettoyĂ©e impeccablement par une Ă©quipe de nettoyage professionnelle. Veuillez noter que le critique qui a Ă©crit en 2014 a dĂ©crit de fausses accusations, y compris des commentaires sur l'odeur qui n'Ă©taient pas vrais.
De plus, les meubles ont Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour en dĂ©cembre 2015 avec un tout nouveau canapĂ© sectionnel dans le salon. Vous avez accĂšs Ă  une immense terrasse (environ 400 pieds carrĂ©s) Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la cuisine oĂč vous pouvez faire un barbecue et dĂźner Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. La terrasse sur le toit et un petit balcon Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du salon ne font pas partie de la location pour le moment.

La maison est dans la zone rĂ©sidentielle de la plage d'Oceano, Ă  quelques pas du sable. Il est situĂ© Ă  quelques pas de la plage d'État de Pismo et il est trĂšs proche des dunes de sable.

Best VRBO we have stayed at! Perfect for family and friends. Very clean and fully stocked. Don't forget your firewood, only a few steps away from the beach and fire pits. Great communication with property management as well. Would absolutely stay again!

Needs TLC

Positives: The property location is great. Beach access is so close! We loved the upstairs and down stairs refrigerator, the big couch and the deck. Negatives: The oven didn't work and we had planned our meals around using an oven. It is definitely a "bring everything" kind of place- as in: bring a sponge, a dishtowel, salt and pepper.

Beach house stay

The property was in a great location didn’t have to drive far to the pier and the beach was walking distances. The house was roomy a little dirty could clean a little better. Sheets on pull out bed were filthy n dishes were dirty, webs around the house..

A short walk to the beach

Awesome spot just a minute walk from the beach. The place is pretty large and can fit you all comfortably. Loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the sunset and hanging out by the water. Overall awesome spot

Decent Home but needs some TLC

This is a decent home that was clean but needs some TLC. Property manager was great and provided timely communication. The home is right next to the Dunes beach so if you’re looking to take advantage of those activities it will work great for you. It’s not too far of a drive to get to downtown Pismo. The property manager has made some recent upgrades but the property still needs some TLC. The size of the home does make up for those shortcomings.

Everything was as expected, which is not always the case. Great location, walking distance to Oceano dunes and just 2 miles away from Pismo. Close to store to buy groceries and restaurants. I plan on returning next year

Perfect location

Booked this property to celebrate my birthday. Perfect location for what I had planned. Beach is footsteps away and atv rental locations were right around the corner. Owners communication helped me feel right at home. Will recommend this property to my family and friends.

Decent Stay with Hidden details

My family had a nice stay at Oceano. We had a very brief stay at the house. Pros: ‱ Esther was really sweet and was easy to get ahold of. She also remedied any concerns I brought up to her. ‱ There are two refrigerators for all the food we bought. ‱ The available patio by the kitchen is spacious and nice. ‱ Clean up is pretty straightforward and reasonable. ‱ The house was clean upon arrival. ‱ We got to use the washer/dryer and they work well. Cons: ‱ The Vrbo description does not have full details. I got the rest of the details though a contract I received via email a few weeks before the trip. I had to sign the contract and provide personal informations (i.e. driver license, names of people staying, car plate number). I couldn't cancel because I would not get my money back. On the positive side, Esther worked with me and I didn't have to provide the personal information I did not feel comfortable disclosing. ‱ There's only 2 parking spaces. The contract sent via email said 3. There was another small space that would fit a small FIAT so that would be a potential 3rd parking spot. There's also no parking available on the same street. ‱ There were lots of rules written around the house on furnitures/wall, such as not being able to use a drawer or eat on a table. Other Misc notes: ‱ Lock for the key was a bit hard to open. No instructions were given on how to open it. But I'm sure Esther would have answered that if I called. ‱ House has the bare essentials (i.e. towels, sponge, Dish soap). ‱ The patios that are off-limits (for good reasons) looks rundown and unsafe to walk on. Please do not let your children go out there. ‱ The exterior of the house is very rusty compared to all of the houses on the same street.

Great Opportunity Missed!

I don’t want to be overly negative. This house is In a great location and has a great floor plan. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. However, this house is incredibly dirty. The carpet is dirty and the smell reminds me of a gas station bathroom. The house exterior is in need of a good power wash and paint job desperately! One of the outdoor seating area is not safe and is unusable. The other was broken and Miss matched furniture (including folding chairs). There were several pieces of furniture that had signs on them instructing in that they are broken or not to use. There is so much more I could say but like I said in the beginning I don’t wanna be completely negative. It takes no effort to get on Facebook marketplace or let go and buy some furniture that is actually functionable for your guests to use. It is also worth the investment to keep your property well maintained. If you were just looking for a place to crash or to party and this might be your place. But if you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy this definitely is not it.

Needs work

This place has potential of being really nice. The exterior is hideous and there are nicks, rust and stains throughout the house. Sizes of rooms are nice as well as the bathrooms. I read some reviews so I was happy to see some of them got fixed like the appliances. There is an ironing board but no iron and the main TV is a little small for the living room area. A fresh coat of paint on the exterior and interior will do wonders for this place. Also leaving a instructions list is helpful with check in and check out. I rated the cleaning poorly because when you walk in there is a refrigerator and there was a pan of cooked meat and an open can of jalapeños. Floors weren’t swept well or mopped are feet were dirty after being there a few hours. The carpet was light so we took off our shoes off at the door. Overall please update house photo it is deceiving and embarrassing when you are taking your parents and they make comments about paying so much for how bad it looks. It’s super cute and has potential just needs to be repainted. I know the weathering is harsh in the area but the houses around do a great job of keeping theirs up.

Perfect Beach house

We were looking to book at beach house last minute for our mother's birthday. We found this beach house and booked online. Everything was so simple to book. Sent out a couple of signatures and received our entry code to the house. We checked in the next day and it was everything as described on the site. House was clean and it is literally steps away from the beach, minutes from the pier and restaurants. We had plenty of room to relax after a long day on the beach. Our whole family enjoyed our stay at the beach house. We will definitely be booking again!

Great location but bare minimum home

We chose this house because of the proximity to the beach. Beach access at the end of the street that was great! The listing pretty much describes the house and most of the reviews speak the truth minus a few. The outside of the home is very worn, I'm sure a lot has to do with the salt water, thankfully it was pretty clean inside. The house had the bare minimum for guests. There is enough space for 8, but the pull out couch is broke on one corner(my 12yr old was still able to sleep on it) and we were told to bring our own bedding for it. There was a sheet on it, but our thoughts were if there are beds for 8 there should be bedding for all beds, but at least we knew ahead of time. The kitchen has enough to get by, but the toaster didnt work, there was no cookie sheet and there was no kitchen towels or pot holders. There is a dresser in the first bedroom(one with a queen bed) that says you can not use, you can't even set things on top of it because it is broke. That should probably be moved out of there. The bed itself felt like a pull out couch in terms of comfort. The other 3 beds in the rooms were more comfortable. There were no hangers and only access to 1 closet via the master bath. There was a note not use the closet in the 2nd bedroom and the first bedroom didn't have a closet. There wasn't enough bathroom towels for 8 either, luckily we packed extras. We knew ahead of time we wouldnt be able to use the balcony off the living room or the rooftop. It would've been great to see the view up there, but my GUESS was the stairs were not safe. The balcony we could use was large, but the flooring wasn't in the greatest condition. I would recommend taking some pictures when you first arrive of the condition of the home. There was a stain on the carpet in the master bedroom when we arrived, but we didnt take a picture so the owner stated we did it even though it was already there, we had no way to prove it. Now we did get our deposit back because we paid the inital $59 damage waiver covering up to $1500 in damages so this was no extra money out of our pockets for the carpet. It just would've been nice not to be blamed for something we didnt do. Overall if you are just looking for a place on the beach where you can sleep and nothing fancy this house would be great for you. Just make sure you bring extras of everything. As I said this is an excellent location, but very bare minimum is provided.

Very clean, close to the beach overall great stay

Everything was clean and comfortable, we loved the big deck. My only complaint is the kitchen, stove is really old and doesn’t work well, same with the coffee maker. Toaster didn’t work at all and very limited pots and pans. Overall nice place, I would stay again, just bring a few extras with me next time 🙂

Great!

Our stay was clean and comfy.. The property is a 1 minute walk to the beach. You can also walk to a market, stores, and restaurants. Great views of the Oceano dunes and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach as you enjoy a beverage on the deck. Highly Recommended!
