Come and enjoy yourself in this Single Family Home with NEWER Furnishings. 7 Finished Rooms including a Game Room with a High Top Chess/Checkers Table with Four Chairs and Queen Sofa bed. 3 Bedrooms with 5 Individual Beds, 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 10 in the Quiet Community of "Villages of Southampton". 5 Minute Drive to the Beach at Bethany and Boardwalk. It Features an Owner's Bedroom (King Bed), Smart TV with Super Bath, Double Basin with Separate Shower and Jacuzzi Jetted Tub.

2nd. Bedroom offers a NEW Queen Bed with Bunk-Beds (Lower one is a Futon) Double Closets and Smart T.V. with Amazon Firestick

3rd. Bedroom offers a NEW Queen Bed with room for a pack & play or portable crib. wicker dresser, dressing table and double closet.

You will love the Eat-In Kitchen with Child's High Chair, Family Room with Sectional Sofa, Loveseat and 2 Chairs, Living Room with Sofa and attached Chaise'. Large 3 Season Enclosed Deck that leads to a Deck with table for outdoor eating and fun. Fenced Secluded Backyard with Over-Sized Outdoor Private Shower for those "after the beach" Sandy Bodies.

Our home is your home so please enjoy the use of the Beach Chairs, Toys and Beach Bikes, Child's Bike Cart. Other features include 60" Smart TV in the Family Room and Large Wall Mounted Plasma Gaming Monitor in Game Room. FREE WiFi. Bring your Netflix & Prime Account Information for further movie enjoyment! Community Pool is OPEN during peak season along with the Tennis Court. Beautiful Neighborhood for walks and bike riding, private fishing pond path from our backyard.

Charcoal Grill (park style) in Backyard (See Photo) Bring your Charcoal and Starter. We provide a Chimney (If you cook with charcoal you know what that is!) We provide the spatula as well. (some charcoal and starter may be left in the garage from other guests that you may use)

Rear fence has a gate. Follow the trail to the edge of our community fishing pond stocked with Bass. Catch and Release. Please stay at the edge of the lower pond as any other area belongs to private residents. Fishing polls are used at your pleasure in the garage or bring your own.

Our Beach Home provides you with many amenities such as a Washer and Dryer, Private Bathroom for the 2nd. and 3rd. Bedrooms. Coffee Bar (including coffee pot). All Pots (crock pot), Pans, Utensils, Dishes to use for your convenience. Everywhere you walk you will find comfort, quiet and enjoyment Experience it for yourself.

Easy to book. A minimum of a 25 year old responsible party is required to sign a short term lease agreement and be one of the tenants of the property full time during the tenancy period. A minimal security deposit is also required. This is a pet and smoke free home.

What you need to pack? Bed Linens are provided however bring your own Bathing/Washing Linens and Beach Towels. There is a Dollar General Store on Route 26 and on Coastal Highway nearby if you need toiletries, etc. Insurance is required and you will be prompted to purchase when you book. All furniture, accessories in our home are inventoried to insure enjoyment by you and all our future guests.

For your security, an outdoor ring camera is at the front door that may record audio and video. In case of an emergency, please call 911.

Relaxing getaway

Our family had a relaxing vacation, the home was beautifully decorated and clean. The kids enjoyed the beach, pool, tennis courts and boardwalk. The screened in porch was perfect for watching the thunderstorm during our stay.The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It was nice to have beach chairs, toys, bikes and a wagon already there. I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Our family had the best time! The home is immaculate & has everything a family needs. Only have to take the items the owner lists to take. Takes a few min for the hot water to reach the Jacuzzi but it's worth the wait!! Plan to return!

Beach Week

Pictures were accurate as we entered the home. Everything was available in the home to function for the week. Owners were accessible through messaging and responded in a timely manner. There was a personal note and gifts in the home the made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again. Very close to Bethany beach and surrounding beaches like Rehoboth and Ocean City MD, both about 30min drive in opposite directions. The neighbors were friendly and it was quiet. We also had access to a pool which added an additional amenity.

Such a good time!

Our multigenerational family had the very best time! So many wonderful memories to take home. Lots to do and so close to the beach! Plenty of places to shop and eat. The house listing really doesn’t do it justice. Bright, clean, spacious with plenty of spread out room for adults and teens alike. The 17 year old girls took the enclosed screened back porch(they were always cold! ) and the 13 year old boys the game room. The pool was wonderful. The hosts were tremendous and available with any questions that you have. You will find a Welcome binder on the foyer table chock full of information. Robert and Maria do everything to make you feel welcome. They have some pretty cool neighbors too! If you’re looking to stay in Bethany Beach and have a large family like ours stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Family Vacation

Had a great visit with our daughter, son in law and grandson. House is as listed. The porch, bikes and pool access were great amenities. Area is nice. Lots of traffic. We ended up going to Fenwick State park to beach there as Bethany Beach parking was a bit crazy. Robert and Maria were quick to reply to any inquiries while there. The house was perfect.

Perfect vacation!

Robert and Maria were great hosts and easy to communicate with! The house is exactly as pictured and just a few minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the pool just about everyday and also utilized their beach chairs! My parents loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and board games with the kids. Beautiful and Relaxing

We felt at home instantly! The house is beautifully decorated. Has the personal tocuh with family photos. The kids loved the bunkbeds and tpy box with the truck's. Seating is not a priblem and definitely allowed us to spread out and relax! The outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. It could have used a quick little cleanup for leaves and cobwebs. The pool was fabulous and not crowded. Owner reaponse to minor issue with streaming/live tv servixe was quick! We are already looking forward to staying here next year!

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the first time in years the whole family could get together. The home was just as pictured, and very clean. Host quickly answered the few questions we had. The back porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee.

Beautiful house, great location

Robert and Maria were great hosts! The home was clean and spacious. Loved the deck outback and all the available items (bikes, beach accessories, fishing poles) in the garage. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was great - 5 mins from the beach! The guest book with recommended restaurants and activities was also very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Kids loved it; we had a great time!

Bethany Beach House

This home was very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of bikes for the entire family. If I had to mention things that I would consider changing with the rental would be the type of grill on the property. This grill has no closure and with having a very windy weekend we had to use a lot of coals to keep the grill warm. The only other thing I would mention was the back porch was not cleaned at all and had over 2-3 inches on all the furniture which we had to clean upon arriving. Other than that, we had a great time. The home was beautiful, and close to many things for my family to do being so close to the beach! Thank you Robert and Maria for being great hosts!!

Our family has come to the beach as a group for years and everyone said this was the best week we ever had so far. What a great house. Great location and the pool was a huge hit with the weather being in the 90’s. Your garage had everything we needed and more. Only thing we would say is to add the Millville boardwalk to your “book”.
