BEACH THEMED BEDROOMS
Coastal Charm has 4 generously sized, comfortable bedrooms. Each bedroom is inspired by one of the area’s beautiful beaches.

Bedroom 1 (Bethany Beach) is located on the first floor. It has a king-size bed, side tables with lamps, side chair, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and separate lavatory, walk-in closet with hangers, dresser and full-length mirror, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 2 (Rehoboth Beach) is located on the 2nd floor. It has a king-size bed, side tables with lamps, closet with hangers, dresser, full length mirror, side chair, and a smart TV.

Bedroom 3 (Fenwick Island) is located on the 2nd floor. It has 2 generous and comfortable full- size beds, side table with lamp, side chair, and a closet with hangers.
Bedroom 4 (Lewes Beach), located on the 2nd floor and has a full-size bed + a twin bed, huge walk in closet, and large ottoman.

LIVING AREAS
1ST Floor:
KITCHEN & DINING- Coastal Charm has an open concept kitchen/dining with a large modern quartz island and comfortable, padded counter height stools. Benches also are located near the island to encourage additional flexible gathering. The kitchen is fully stacked with quality plates, cups, wine glasses, pots, cooking and eating utensils, Keurig K-cup Coffee Maker, Toaster, Mini Bullet for smoothies, cake hand mixer, storage containers and more!!

The dining area has a custom-made round quartz dining table and comfortable padded seating to further accommodate several dining options. A 72-inch folding table is also stored in the garage that guests can use for additional optional dining or board games.
Main Living Room: Coastal Charm’s bright and sunny living room is part of the 1st Floor open concept living and is equipped with a comfortable sectional, coastal side tables, coffee table and a smart TV. The main living room opens to the backyard for additional seasonal outdoor entertainment and dining.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Coastal Charm has a private backyard equipped with patio furniture with umbrella, gas grill, and outdoor heat lamp. (Patio with furniture will be available April-November, but guests are welcome to use the backyard anytime of the year). Beyond the property’s backyard, there is an open space that is being landscaped by the HOA for common use.

Additional, expansive outdoor living space is available at Ocean View Beach Club Clubhouse which has 2 outdoor pools (kiddie and adult), patio seating, and a beautiful flexible gathering space with a fire pit. There is also a sports court near the pool where you can enjoy basketball, pickleball, and tennis. The clubhouse is open year-round, but the outdoor pool is only open Memorial Day-Labor Day each year.

The LOFT: Coastal Charm has a large, nicely furnished 2nd Floor Loft with a comfortable sectional and a memory foam daybed for additional flexible seating and/or sleeping. The loft is also equipped with an 85-inch mounted smart TV for entertainment including movie nights and game nights when not at the beach or pool. You will love the loft!

LINENS
For your convenience, the following linens are provided:
Bed Linens: 2 sets of hotel-grade sanitized linens are provided for each bed. Comfortable pillows and bed covers are also provided for each bed. There are also baskets with seasonal blankets in each room. Where? Check 1st and 2nd Floor Linen Closets for each corresponding floor)
Bath Towels: A generous number of sanitized bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels are provided for guests. All bath towels are solid colors. Please do not use these for the pool or beach. Where? Check 1st and 2nd Floor Linen Closet for each corresponding floor)
Beach Towels: 12 large Gray and White Striped, sanitized beach towels are provided for guest use. Where? Top shelf of laundry room and with overflow in 1st Floor Linen Closet.
Kitchen Towels: Kitchen towels as well as a starter supply of paper towels are provided for your convenience.

PARKING
Two parking spots are available in the driveway and up to 3 cars can park on the street being mindful not to block the driveways of other properties. Garage parking is reserved for guests needing EV charging (a Tesla Charger is available in the Garage). Please respect and follow all speed limits and vehicle regulations within the community.

Overflow parking is available in the front parking lot near the Ocean View Beach Club Clubhouse.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTICES;
Clubhouse & Pool Hours and Use
The Pool, located at the clubhouse (front entrance of Ocean View Beach Club) is open seasonally from 9am to 9pm from the Saturday before Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note that the pool may occasionally close early for special events.

Both homeowners and guests must access the club house with an access card (The host will provide the access card and instructions to guests at check in). The Ocean View Beach Club Homeowners Association charges a very reasonable fee of $35 per person per WEEK for renters’ wristbands so that renters can access the club house and all amenities. Kids 6 and under are FREE! Please note that both owners and guests must wear a wristband.
