'This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

'The property is very close to I 95 making it very convenient to commute to portland. It is close to a grocery store. It was clean and the pictures were accurate. Our family of 6 had a nice stay.'

'Family vacation in August 2026 in OOB was fun. Location was great…short walk to a beautiful beach and all attractions. The house was very clean and the downstairs was comfortable and roomy. The kitchen appliances were very nice and the outdoor patio was super. I would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation.'

'Location was excellent with great access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The main living area is a bit tight for a large group. The site should be updated to state that 3 of the bedrooms are king which is really nice and that there is baby stuff available like high chairs and pack and play. We brought our own, not knowing. Overall our family enjoyed their stay!'
