The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, and there is central air conditioning and a beautiful oceanfront outdoor pool. The building has new elevators and the unit comes with one parking spot. This spacious unit has two large bedrooms, one is oceanfront. The master has one queen bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guests provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking, Non-vaping unit and building. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
