'★★★★★ Amazing stay – thank you Kyle!
We’ve stayed in many places, but never experienced such a kind and welcoming receptionist as Kyle. He gave us an unexpected upgrade and made us feel truly valued.
The room was spotless, the view was breathtaking, and the entire stay was perfect thanks to him. Kyle, you made our visit unforgettable, we’ll definitely be coming back because of you. Thank you!'

'I really enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The location was excellent, with convenient proximity to the Convention Center, restaurants, and other nearby amenities. My room on the 4th floor at the end of the hall also had a great view, and the bed was very comfortable. Most importantly, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience.
A few areas could use some attention. It would be nice to have additional bathroom amenities such as lotion,...
