'Muy bonito pero nadie te habla del dinero que te piden de depósito cuando llegas y no te lo devuelven nunca'

'Relaxed ☺️'

'The room is clean, breakfast is good'

'Good breakfast, great staff and clean room.'

'The environment was very nice! Would stay here again'

'Had a great stay! The staff were very kind and helpful, the bed was super comfy and we loved the modern design of the lobby and rooms! Parking can be a bit difficult after 5PM on Fridays/Saturdays due to the various events they book there, but we were always able to find a spot. Honestly great value for the luxury feel of the rooms!'

'I had paid for king bed, when checked in they did not have one available.'

'This is very good location and the staff is wonderful. I love it bc it’s very accessible and quiet'

'Prima en schone kamer, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Beetje vergane glorie. '

'The breakfast was quite meagre (especially for the 16 dollars per person charged)'

'When I stay in IL to visit family or for date nights this is my go to hotel! The staff are always nice and helpful and the property is well taken care of and in a nice area. The rooms are spacious and laid out nicely. This trip the only complaint I have is the studio room we stayed in had a musty old smell. The room, bed, bathroom kitchen etc was all very clean besides the smell. Would still stay here again and would highly recommend.'

'Reception desk staff are rude'
