Despite being a regular customer, I was refused a room reserved through Expedia due to an expired ID. Having had my wallet stolen recently, I offered a photo of the current ID I had on my phone which confirms my identity but was denied again despite this being accepted prior to this. I have had nothing but excellent service from daytime staff here and consider myself to be a no hassle, polite, quiet guest. That said, the concierge in the evening was dismissive, unprofessional and unwelcoming as he carried around a police baton. On top of all that, I was told I could not get a refund until Monday, despite not even checking in???
Usually great staff. Not this time.
