Our fully furnished apartment is ideal for corporate travelers, college students, and small families. The unit is within 2 blocks of downtown Alameda with over 50 shops, trendy restaurants, and coffee/tea shops nearby. This ground floor unit is recently renovated and has a beautiful kitchen, dining area, 1 bathroom, and 1 bedroom configured with 1 queen bed. Amenities include complimentary use of laundry and game room with a pool table. We have a 3 night minimum rental.

The unit available is a recently renovated and fully furnished 600 sq. foot apartment perfect for 1 or 2 business travelers. Newly installed eco-friendly sustainable bamboo flooring, open concept kitchen with new granite counters and new stove and convection oven invite you to cook gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the patio or prepare meals while watching your favorite celebrity chef on the large flat screen TV. This unit is conveniently equipped and appointed with your comfort and convenience in mind. High speed wireless internet and satellite TV is included.

The bedroom is configured with 1 queen bed. In addition to the comfortable bed, there is a desk, a dresser, a large closet and an LCD TV. The family room has a 50” flat panel TV with DISH Satellite, a euro-lounger, desk and dining table for four. Additional eating spaces include an eat-on granite bar with bar stools for your convenience. The unit has a large walk-in shower with a separate toilet room.

We constantly upgrade the unit and for the comfort of our guests, we just installed an air conditioning unit in the bedroom and combo heater/air conditioner in the family room.

Although we love animals, we unfortunately, are very allergic to dogs and cats and other types of service animals and humbly ask that you consider other rentals if you have a service animal.
