Flats in Oakland

'We left after the 1st night. Internet did not work. The front desk told us it would work in the hall! We could have dealt with that. But when we awoke, everything was damp. It was so damp that neither me nor my daughter felt well. Stuffy nose and headache. The last straw was the small flying insects that were there. They were in the bathroom and near the kitchen. I did not say anything to the front desk. It would have been pointless. I am in the process of trying to get a refund.'

'The room was perfect!! No complaints here! Will definitely come back and stay'

'Everything was very clean and comfortable.'

'nice'

'Clean room, nice place!'

'We loved the room, the view of the lake on the private balcony and the delicious food from the on site restraunt.'

'No smart TVs, no AC in Loft, no blinds on dormer windows so bright light shining in the morning in your face, shower head sprays.'

'The room and property was vey clean, BUT in the room though it was clean, the bed was horrible, it was like laying on a rock , my wife and I could not get comfortable, she was miserable. As anyone knows, the MAIN reason for booking a place to stay is to SLEEP comfortably, we did not. We had a 2 night reservation but left before staying the 2nd night. Beautiful hotel and room, terrible bed.'

'It is falsly stated heated pool as an amenity, there is no pool, this property is very over priced for what is offering, if you dont mind spending money it might be allright but there are way better properties at much better prices, there is no pool/heated either. The room heater has no control so it gets hot pretty quickly and become inconvenient.'

'Was a wonderful and relaxing escape!'

'Atmosphere and staff. '

'The actual condo is very nice, clean, and in a nice location. The rest of the building feels dated and cramped/ closed in. Pool is very nice as is the spa.'

'Everything was in good working condition. Room was cute. We had a fantastic view of the lake!'

'It was an easy stay. The condo was simple, but had everything we needed. We stayed on the second level. Next time we would stay on the third level or above as the ceilings are higher. The resort is complete with nice amenities: pool, restaurants, beach on the lake, covered parking. Great location for accessing all of Deep Creek Lake.'

'Nice views'
