'The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.'

'When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. 'A bright and cozy vibe as well as being thoroughly equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable.We appreciated the winter escape and enjoyed Stonington, Mystic, and Westerly. A lovely stay!'

'AC worked well, room temp was always comfortable. Property seemed clean, but there was a lingering pervasive odor.. the bathroom was a handicapped setup. And there was no lip on the shower floor, so when we showered the floor flooded. Exterior signage was somewhat concealed, which made finding the property somewhat challenging. The property was a bit dated..some flaking paint, chipped paint scratched furniture. Free breakfast was fabulous! And hotel staff was kind and welcoming.'

'Ideal location and well stocked apartment. The host was so responsive and welcoming. When we arrived the first evening the apartment had a strong smoke smell and we alerted the host who offered to have someone come by the next day to freshen. We declined and tried to air it out by opening windows and lighting a candle but our clothes/bags smelled like smoke when we got home and everything went into the laundry immediately. 'The room was not clean, baseboards looked as though they hadn’t been clean in some time, there was unfinished repairs on the walls, stains in the tub. A dirty towels on the towel rack. Just altogether gross.'
