'Our experience was far from what we had hoped for. The main issue was the lack of hot running water, which was particularly challenging for our toddler who needed a bath before bedtime. As a result, two adults had to endure cold showers & despite the host's response in sending someone to address the issue, no one else was able to shower until the next morning.The Wi-Fi never worked during our stay. 'Cannot beat the location! So close to the beach and pier which was fantastic. The house is behind a restaurant which I was not expecting. Our first night, there was a private party that didn’t get started until 10pm but luckily the AC window unit drowned out the noise. The only negative was parking. There are spots in front of the house but it’s first come first serve, so if we were lucky enough to get a spot we didn’t want to move the car and not everything we were doing was walking distance....

'From check in to check out. Absolutely no issues. We have stayed at several VRBO and my wife and I both agree this is the cleanest we have stayed in. From the baseboards to the ceiling. Flawless. Great location as we were central to many areas we visited. LegoLand, Universal, Griffith Observatory, Rodeo Dr, Hollywood, Sunset Blvd and Santa Monica Pier. Grocery store and several restaurants, breakfast and shops for whatever it is you need or forgot! 3 blocks away is a strip with all of this!! ...
