Watch the waves lap the shore from your private balcony, the perfect place for morning coffee and evening cocktails. When you get hungry, the fully updated, modern kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prep everything from quiche to Cap'n Crunch. Dine together at the table for six before heading downstairs to that gorgeous sand. Other onside amenities include a shared pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a shared charcoal grill if you want to keep dinner prep simple.

    At the end of the day, take advantage of the complex's outdoor shower and rinse off the sand. Grab a spot on the sectional and stream your favorite shows before bed, but not before you step back out to that balcony and toast your good luck at booking such a gorgeous oceanfront retreat.

Great place for relaxation

The view and amenities were fantastic. Great area for those who want to fish maybe golf or just swim in the ocean. If you’re looking for relaxation and quiet, this beach is perfect. If you’re after the nightlife, this is not the beach for you

Great place for a beach vacation

We stayed at this condo for two weeks this summer and it became our home away from home. We always stay at OIBV, and this is one of our fave places to stay! Amazing view, updated appliances, plenty of space. Definitely recommend!

Lovely Condo

This condo was lovely, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The ocean view is always appreciated by a beach lover like myself. Would definitely stay again.

Super clean, neat, and perfect size for our family - you cannot beat the view and beach access! Quick response from Vacasa when we couldn't figure out the door lock. :)

Overall great stay for a family of four. The beach was family oriented.

VRBO was excellent. I called to ask about the check in process and they were very helpful.

Couldn't be better.

The condo was perfectly placed on the beach. Amazing view. Resturants in walking distance on the beach. The unit was extremely clean. Well decorated a.d equipped with everything we needed.

Great condo. It was very clean when I checked in and well stocked. The only down side is no elevator but it was worth taking the stairs for the view. The complex was nice and seemed very family oriented. I will definitely be staying here again.

This was a great property. Right on the beach. We will definitely stay again. the only negatives were no blind in the master bedroom, and an electrician scheduled at 9 AM on the day of our departure.

Caswell Beach Dream

We loved everything about this place. The balcony along would have been enough but the furniture in the living area was very comfortable. The mattress in the main bedroom was superb. We slept very well during our stay. It is quiet and private. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back.

Great Stay!

We loved the oceanfront location of this apartment! Beautiful & peaceful view. The pool was a short walk away. It was the top story (3 flights up) so be prepared. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View!!!

This was a perfect place for my husband, son and me to spend Thanksgiving! Would have loved a window covering for the front bedroom. Also, keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor, so lots of steps. The view was amazing and the location is perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and value

This property is in an amazing location...right on the beach and so close to pretty much anything you would ever want to do (golf, dining and bars). It's perfect for a couple and maybe ok for a couple with two children (there is only one bathroom). As long as you are in good enough shape to walk up three flights of stairs, you will enjoy this property immensely!

Great Ocean Views

The place was very clean and quiet. Great ocean views. The only thing I would change is to have blinds or shades on the windows because the sun is bright and gets you up early. It would also be nice to have an iron and ironing board. Overall, I was very satisfied.
