'Tim was outstanding. Both him and his business partner were incredible to my wife and I. The home was breathtaking and Tim and his business partner took over unfinished construction in 2017 while construction originally was undertaken in 2007. The previous owners came across hurdles and were unable to finish construction which is when Tim and his partner took over and finished it themselves. Attention to detail both from a construction design standpoint and as hosts were incredible. The views...

'Nice property in good condition with every amenity needed with washer and dryer, private hot tub and sauna. Good location relative to the mountain and a quick drive or bike ride to the Yampa river or downtown Steamboat. Two-car garage has more space than many others I've experienced which allows space for gear regardless of what you are doing.'

'On our September visit we found kitchen was nicely updated with ample countertops. Living, bedroom, bathroom all satisfactory. Beautiful view. Close to main road so we were aware of traffic noise. Patio doors need screens that fit and operate, it was difficult to get let fresh air in and keep bugs etc out. But if you're skiing this shouldn't bother : )'

'The home is undergoing extensive renovations - there were issues:non-working windows, no privacy shades in some rooms, a horrible non-working, filthy grill - that was replaced, lack of property grooming - weeds, constructions debris. Limited supply of towels. Front seating area Adirondack chairs that were dilapidated, unclean. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned off prior to our stay. There were delivery boxes everywhere - including front steps, in front of garage door. The host was...

'We liked this property a lot, only few things missing were a couple full length mirrors and scissors. I also thought the two rooms with the twin bunk beds were bigger, they are tiny. Overall a good stay and smooth process.'
