'when I got checked in I was told I would only have to pay 477 for resort fees but when I was getting checked in they tried to charge me 675 and when I went to ask the lady was very rude and unhelpful with information, the room was clean but when we got ready to go to bed the sheets had stains and the bed was uncomfortable,has soon as you lay down you sink to the center, for the price I paid felt very over charge for it and then when checking out the lady told me I own 620 for resort fees again...

'We like everything about the property which is why we chose to stay there for the second time this year. I understand this is high peak time especially during the 4th of July week, but the only issue this second time around was the valet parking which was extremely crowded and the cue wait upon return was sometimes up to 15-20 minutes each time or more. The valet attendants apologized for the wait each time, but the driveway lot is small and there is not much they can do about it. If possible,...

'Ac is good, just dont expect your in a regular hotel. Its old building, couche has stain and patches and there’s a mini cockroach. So if your so meticulous this place is not for you. Im not meticulous so im still gona go back on this place coz for me im not gona stay there forever just gona sleep at night. So close to the beach just 2min thats a good but if your renting a car they dont have parking and and you need to pay parking $44 a night.'

'The property was absolutely close to everything. The beach, The International Market Place all of the restaurants and places to get food. The ABC Stores for alcohol and souvenirs. All of the high end stores from YSL to PRADA. It’s in the center of it all. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the ac is really cold in the rooms. Loved that it was just a little dated but, not enough for you to not want to stay. Also when you checkout if you have a later flight they will as if you want them...
