'il trilocale è in linea con le fotografie presentate è in posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il mare a piedi in circa 10 minuti. I locali , seppure sprovvisti di aria condizionata, sono sufficientemente freschi perché in realtà non si trovano al piano terreno (come tra l'altro era indicato in descrizione) ma sono in piano inferiore rispetto alla strada anche se in ogni caso luminosi con finestre su giardinetto e davanti a ingresso. 'L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale tranquilla e molto comoda per visitare la zona del Conero. Molto basico e un po' datato ma funzionale. No wifi.
