Another fabulous week in paradise

This was our 4th year staying at Villa La Estancia and first time bringing our adult kids. Wonderful week filled with beach walks, ocean swims, good books and the best weather all week. Brad and Joey provided excellent tips & communication.

Awesome location

We had a great 8 days at your place. The location and view from the large balcony is top shelf. La Estancia keeps this property so clean and immaculate. We initially were going to book in Bucreias but you can walk there from here and it is much quieter in this area. Unit had everything we needed Would go back any time.

Gorgeous place!

The villa was excellent, well laid out for families with lots of room and lots of privacy...and stunning views from the enormous balcony! The room and the property both have great amenities, are very clean and safe. The pool is huge and the beach is very accessible- perfect for a boogie boarding. Great vacation spot, highly recommended!

Nuevo Vallarta Spring Break

We had a great spring break stay at The Villa la Estancia! There was an issue with the sofa bed, but Brad quickly responded and took care of the problem. We cooked breakfast in the well equipped kitchen, had lunch or snacks at the beach, then taxied to Bucerias every evening for dinner. Culi's was our favorite!! The condo is very spacious and there was plenty of room for the five of us. There were lots of whales "playing" in the bay and we'd watch them every evening before heading out for dinner. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would rent from Brad and Joey in the future.

Stunning view!

We spent three weeks in this Villa and loved every minute of our stay! The location is wonderful, having a full view of the ocean and Estancia’s amazing pool area. The balcony provided sunshine and shade throughout the day which is where we spent a lot of our time reading and watching whales playing in the ocean. The Villa had everything we needed during our stay. The staff at Estancia are always smiling and so helpful with anything you might need. The property managers, Brad and Joey, made the entire booking process so simple and checked in with us once we arrived to make sure we were happy with everything. Make sure you read the “cheat sheet” they email you before your arrival as it has a lot of great tips. We’ll definitely rent this Villa again when we come back in the future!

Beautiful condo and resort

The condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were great to work with and promptly answered all of my questions. While there our outside door lock wasn’t working and the resort staff was very helpful and responded quickly. We will definitely consider staying at your beautiful condo in the future.

Great Family Place; Perfect Location

The 2-bedroom condo with the lock-off unit was perfect for traveling with 2 teens. It was very clean with up-to-date decor and everything we needed in the kitchen. The property was quiet but still had some buzz of activity, and, of course, you can walk for miles on the beach with endless activity options. The grounds and the pool area are beautiful and are excellently maintained. We have our favorite restaurants in Punta Mita, Bucerias and Vallarta, so the location was perfect. Brad & Joey were very thorough and helpful with all of the information they provided in preparation for our trip. We will definitely be back and are considering a family reunion here at some point. We are pretty picky, so I don't write recommendations too often. You will be very happy with this place.

The accommodations were terrific for our family of 6. Loved the facilities and the beach at this location. Beach was never crowded. New Years Eve on the beach with fireworks was memorable. Loved that they have multiple units in this building so our friends and their kids could come too!

Brad and Joey are very responsive and made this process easy. 5 star resort. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean expansive heated pool and 4 hot tubs. Kayak, paddle boards and boogie board complimentary use. Calm beach. Easy access to surfing at Saltuita/punta mita/la lancha. 5 or more on site restaurants.
