'We came to stay one night on a return trip to MX. We found it under new management & we’re not disappointed. Midway thru our trip the threat of Hurricane Simon shut down everything in PV. We were stuck so returned to Casa Virgilio’s to wait out a flight home. The staff were very accommodating!
We recommend Casa Virgilio’s!'

'Solo les hace falta mejorar el menú para buffet y para la reserva en cena restaurante. Tienen pocas opciones de comida y lo que no le gustó es que los “jugos” y aguas son hechos con jarabe concentrado en lugar de hacerlos con fruta real. Muy pocas opciones para comer'

'Unfortunately the adult pool was not well maintained, not clean, not clear. Something was obviously wrong with the filter system or something. Always a nightmare to get chairs at the pool even at 8am. Music at adult pool was a challenge, too loud, person in charge quite rude until several people complained. Food was ok. Loads of people.
People working in restaurants/buffets were excellent. The employee getting drinks to everyone at the adult pool was fantastic! Room was clean. AC worked.'

'Love at first sight
The sound of the waves, the smell of the sea, the warm sun on my skin, the taste of an amazing cocktail great sunsets,… it all comes back when I close my eyes. What an amazing vacation! I can say that as well personally as professionally I have stayed in many hotels. But this one …. Oh my God! A new love is born. After being a loyal Palladium/Royal Suites Riviera Maya guest (6 times), and a great disillusion in the Royal Suites in Punta de Mita the week prior to coming to...
