The Dimora degli Angeli is located in the very central Artists’ Quarter, known as “Mannarazze.” Dimora Degli Angeli, just a short walk from the Cathedral, is a late 18th-century to early 19th-century residence that has been extraordinarily renovated to the point that it is now earthquake-resistant and rated A1 for energy efficiency. The residence features 2 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with spacious showers on the first floor, as well as a beautiful living room with a guest bathroom and a washing machine on the first floor. In the living room, in addition to the kitchen and the large snack table, there is a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people if needed. On the first floor, there is also a spectacular 37-square-meter terrace equipped with a double hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a lava stone and wrought-iron dining table that seats 6 people. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs (the one in the living room is a 60-inch model), while the showers in the bathrooms feature chromotherapy. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room feature a Bluetooth wireless audio system that can be connected to cell phones, allowing you to enjoy your music with spectacular sound quality. La Dimora Degli Angeli has a 3,000-liter water reserve, and all its rooms are fully insulated. The house has 3 separate entrances.
