Guests are also welcome to bring their own small boat. Norwich, with its magnificent cathedral, castle and museums and fine shopping centre along with Great Yarmouth, sandy beaches and nature reserves are a short drive. Riverside pubs, restaurants, shops and day boat hire are all within walking distance.



There is an unfenced river 3 metres from this poperty. Please note, during the months of April and October due to the property being waterside the tide is prone to flood the garden and make it wet and possible waterlogging.
