'When I arrived the staff told me my booking did not sync through Expedia and I’d have to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to resolve things and the hotel gave me a room with the remote missing to the A/C. The staff gave me a spare remote that wasn’t the same brand as the A/C and didn’t work. I couldn’t open the door because it was swollen shut. When I finally got in, it was so humid and I took a look around and opened my window to be staring at a bunch of people in the indoor pool.'

'The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. '

'The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. 'This place was NOT clean!! The floors were not swept, mopped, or vacuumed. Everything was still dirty. The countertops had coffee on them the walls had spills and puddles on the baseboards. Bathroom sink and vanity not cleaned and hair and stubbles in the sink BUT the absolute worst part was when we pulled the bed down and the sheets were not washed.
