« While the property shows some wear and tear, everything worked (A/C, toilet, hot water), everything was clean and I cannot emphasize how terrific the staff was. Everyone smiled, wished us a good day, etc...They really made our stay enjoyable. »

« As with most hotels, when they see you booked with a third party, they stick you in the furtherest room away from the front desk, highest floor, end of the hall. The suite was less space than what the internet indicated, although there were no pictures of the seating area anywhere on the net. The separate tv room had 2 older style chairs that were less than comfortable. I asked if I could pay for an upgrade to a room with at least a couch, they said since we booked on Expedia, they could not...

« Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. »
