'The brekkie was good. Our neighbors were very loud until 1230 am though. They went around banging on my door and on other rooms on the floor. We called customer service but they didn't really do much about them. Other residents told them to knock it off but they kept going. We could also feel the vibrations from their music even though we were 5 rooms away.'

'the room was decent, though there was a sock and a charger left in it from the last clean. the front desk gent during check in was most personable, which was good. The workout room was smaller than most. only complaint was two of the machines were half tore up. The pool was spacious but it was exceedingly cold. There was no heat in it or around, the greenhouse design, while quaint and adventerous...not ideal at all. My kids went in though full of complaints because of the cold, dragged their...

'The hotel location was in a great location, with plenty of restaurants & stores nearby. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff was topnotch! There was an issue with the area unit in my room, that happened at 4a! The front desk clerk immediately put me into another room when I informed her the next morning. Unfortunately, the blower in the new room blew air out, without stopping, during the night. I had to turn it off. It was a little chilly, but not too bad. '

'Parking was easy. Staff was great. Bar & restaurant were not open on Sunday when I arrived which was disappointing since I wanted a hotel that included food service. Also, the facility is having work done and at times construction was noisy. The pool was not open which was not noted in the hotel accomodations.'
