'No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. '

'Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years!

'Did not have breakfast there. Housekeeping missed my roon 2 days in a row. I had to take dirty towels to them + switch out for clean ones. Sink barely drained. Hard to use. Kim @ front desk very helpful with getting boarding passes from her computer as public one wasn't working. (She fixed that soon.)'

'Check in was satisfactory. There’s a $50 deposit even when you pay at booking. The location is great right off 28th Street which is the main road through Grand Rapids.
