'Prima stop over maar wel ver van het centrum van Grand Rapids. Gelegen op een commercial area. Weinig bruisend.
Ruime, wat donkere kamers. Schoon, vriendelijke service en ontbijt dat boven verwachting is voor Amerikaanse begrippen. Vers en ruime keuze. Alleen skip het ei. Fabrieks substantie.'

'Great location, near the Meijer Gardens and easy to get to downtown Grand Rapids.
Clean property, ample parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and great way to start the day. Appreciated the always available coffee, cold water, tea and cookies!
Room was good size, bathroom also with sufficient towels and large counter. Nightlight in bathroom is great. AC unit is not too loud. Nice to have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Plenty of outlets to charge phone, computer etc.
Nice...

'Would have been nice if the restaurant in the hotel was open on Sunday and Monday. We had to search for a breakfast place. The Mud Puddle had pricey food and it was OK if you like their eclectic menu. Had bar food for dinner.'

'Everything was great with the stay. The two opportunities for us were that the breakfast was subpar and the staff wasn't too knowledgeable. We had questions regarding the shuttle busses and parking (it's $18 a day to use their parking garage but we felt like there was a way to get it validated so we didn't have to pay) and the two front desk attendants couldn't answer our questions. So, we ended up paying $36 for the parking and not eating the continental breakfast. Otherwise, super clean and...
