« The check-in was quick, did have to wait cause of others being helped but once it was my turn very quick. The room was nice a bit tight but beds were vary comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was good for a continental breakfast, but we only got breakfast tickets for two of the three guests, and would have had to pay extra for all of us to have breakfast together. I understand charging for anyone not staying but when booking I put there was three adults. Only other point was the shower head...

« Spotless, modern, and very comfortable room. Gorgeous shower and spacious bathroom. All staff we encountered were very courteous, extra helpful, and professional. Location was so convenient to Riverwalk and Alamodome. The rooftop bar was sophisticated, offered lots of seating options, and provided great views! »

We had a few hiccups, like a clogged bathroom sink and some ants in our room but it was all resolved quickly and with such kindness and respect. I will always return to Hotel Valencia because there staff always tries to go above and beyodn for their customers and the location is great if you want to be downtown and near the Riverwalk »
